Kaizad Todywalla first got in touch with us through our car cleaning friends at Kamyo, veterans of the industry and experts in everything they do. After a site visit, we completed his first cleanup and managed to make him quite happy with the work. However, as he sportingly mentions, that is when we were still engulfed by the dark force.
Well, some clarity first.
We have been humans with a strong sense of integrity and sincerity from the start. However, thanks to amazing demand for the services and our high capacity utilization – we used to be booked a week in advance. As a result, we had to say ‘no’ even to our dearest patrons.
“You should consider making yourself available to your old customers, Sushrut” – Kaizad had been stern with us then – “you won’t want to lose your patrons to your competitors.” We did work on this feedback, ramping up our capacity to ensure that we say ‘no’ a bare minimum times, if at all.
Now this delightful exchange makes sense
We love the fact that he took it so sportingly. We do hope he’ll give us a chance again :)
