
We had a whale of a time scheduling a residential cleaning service for Hrishikesh Ramani in Mumbai. First, we somehow skipped mailing him in time, so the delay. Then saying we would send an invoice across, we promptly sent in the residential cleaning service blueprint again.
Our exasperation at ourselves quite reached its peak, but we remained calm and focused on what Hrishikesh expected us to do. He had a toddler at home (oh how we love the little tykes), and had requested an unobtrusive residential cleaning service. Thankfully, we (on the field) delivered.

Hrishikesh Ramani is very kind, and his gesture does mean a lot to us. Also, he probably stands for everything that we love about our patrons. Service delivery is a two way thing – we deliver and we receive. And since it has been overwhelming love all this while, it has helped us stay strong. Thank you!
