Once in a while, we get an opportunity to serve someone quite adept at conversations and words – that ideal patron who appreciates the quick trick of a rhyme and demands prompt service too. We served Satish Suggala (theObservatory.in) last week, and helped make their office sparkling clean. While we did get a warm testimonial (which lives up to their minimalism standards), the whole email conversation leading up to the cleaning service is quite memorable. Believe us when we state that Satish is a rare gem of a patron.
Jude replies to quite a few emails from our inbox, and certain customers (music aficionados, in particular) do not miss an opportunity to type out a “Hey Jude”, which is exactly what Satish did. His email-
“Hey Jude, I am totally singing The Beatles song, dude.
This is a Haiku? Pardon me, I digress. Yes, sounds good.
I’d prefer doing it on the weekend since my team can stay out of your teams hair.”
Being no less of a prankster, Jude dealt with this with a wise sleight of his well read hand-
“Hi Satish, The eloquence of your Haiku does not merit any pardons, but many felicitations. Looking forward to my team cleaning your team’s lair.”
And eloquent was indeed Satish’s reply to this. He sent in this image!
The clowning around helped us keep our spirits high throughout the weeks which led to his cleanup, and it progressed smoothly. We cleaned all nooks, corners, surfaces and windows. We vacuumed the chairs, as a part of the cleaning session which had him happy. And thus the warm testimonial which meant the world to us-
Thank you, Satish. It was super being of service to you :)
